Amazingly quick delivery. Was expecting it to take a while due to the other reviews but it was delivered (UK) within two days of ordering. Keeps drinks ice cold all day.

It actually came exactly like in the photos and to US glass mug shipping it did not break which is such a surprise as most things usually break even if they are not glass : 0

The issue was not so much with the seller as with the actual cup. It's very snug and difficult to open and close the top. but the cup was perfect and looked amazing.
I do love it but its a bit smaller then i thought it be, but its perfect for my collection
