Where can I ask a question?

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 72 hours, please get in touch through the Contact Us page.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via the Contact Us page, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, please refer to our Refund Policy.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will typically be delivered within 3-14 business days, depending on the destination. If your order has not yet been delivered within 21 days, you can get in touch with us through the Contact Us page, and we will check the status of your order.

Can I track my order?
